Residential Facilities


Our team of designers and planners has extensive experience with conventional and traditional homes design in relation to the neighbourhood design. We team with the client from feasibility stage to liability stage, to blend the client's program and market requirements with site and governmental requirements.

We design and build these homes as though we would live in them. We have extensive experience with the design of active adult communities as well.

Real Estate Services


In addition to traditional architecture, engineering and construction services, Nimsonus supports commercial property managers in real estate services, due diligent acquisition, facility management and risk management.
At Nimsonus, we try to collect as much information as much as possible about a project in the early stages to evaluate if it's feasible or not, maximizing our four (4) phases of real estate development.

The Real Estate Services Group specializes in site location and evaluations for residential, commercial and industrial facilities. The Real Estate Services Group provides all of its services on a fixed fee or on a time and material basis, as opposed to the more traditional percentage of land sale basis. The principal focus of our Real Estate Services has been on providing services to clients that also utilize the full design services of the division.
